As far tile basic can read in the data from tile installation and print maps and reports.
Advanced gives you some capabilities to work with elevation data to help plan installs. It also gives you the ability to work with multiple years data in one map to help write prescriptions.
You have to buy advanced and the water management add on to really get into the tile design.
I upgraded to advanced for the multi year analysis and the elevation abilities. I thought the water management was a bit to pricey unless you plan to design complete installs at your desk. We are rolling enough that its just easier to do mkst of that in the field.
