| There are 2 ways to do it. The first way is if your sprayer has a Jobcom Box installed, then you just get a VRA unlock code for the FM750 and use a serial cable to connect the 2. This is called direct connect.
The other way is to replace the 5500 Controller and install a Field IQ kit. Trimble do these to replace most controllers, including 5500, 2500, Pilot, etc.
Both options give you full Auto Rate and Section Control.
The first option also allows VRA prescription Application, since the VRA Unlock code is needed for Direct connect. You can also use this code for the 2nd option, if you want to do VRA prescription application. | |
