Short lived isn't exactly correct tho. Wheat found in some of the tombs in Egypt from how many years back?, was planted and it grew.
Not all chemicals can be put in the back of the shop for a couple year storage. Down here in MS, much less of a problem than up in MN.
The old Lasso was very sensitive to freezing. That required heated storage.
So it's all location location location, just like tillage, direct seeding, strip till, liquid vs dry nutrient application, etc etc. | |
