What would a fair rate be for pushing/packing silage for a 425hp 4wd tractor?

Paying $80 an hour here for tractor and driver that comes with crew, we put in fuel. 9520 with degelman blade. Not a great driver, so I usually run the main pushing tractor and let their driver just pack and help.

100 an hour would be fine with me to if tractor driver knows what he is doing.

1.65 a ton is way to much unless there is a guarantee that it would be packed well, something like 18 lbs Dm per Cubic ft average. on corn silage.
