With a 9520 and 16' blade weighted to 60,000+ lbs, I charge $1.65/ton in corn silage and $2/ton for grass or haylage. If you are the only tractor, a large chopper should bring in 150+ tons an hour in good corn silage so you do the math. JD 8000 is $1.20 as only tractor or $.90 as 2nd tractor. All prices include fuel.

These big tractors are not cheap to buy or repair. Charge enough that you are making money doing it and let him decide.
