Yeah, I don't believe Raven allows guidance imports from outside sources. (but don't quote me) The Viper can import boundaries and Rx's (which SMS sends out) and the Envisio can import prescriptions but not boundaries. 

Between those details and their lack of (sensible) date/time in their shape files I tend to shy away from their files and systems when possible.
