The FM-750 gets it's power from a 2-piece power cable.

The first section connects to your battery, is Trimble PN 67258, and retails for $115USD.
The second section connects to the first and into the back of the display, is Trimble PN 77282, and retails for $75USD.

As for your modem, that depends on what kind of modem you have. I've run with Intuicom and with DCM-300 modems.

For the DCM-300 modem:
USB 4 Port Hub PN 83517 $22.95USD
DCM300 to Display cable PN 82026 $195USD - This cable should come with two power options, use one or the other.
Antenna cable and mount PN 72122 $195USD

There are three antennas available, according to my online store. I'm not sure which one you'll need but they are $30, $40, and $50 respectively. I'm guessing the antenna is probably regionally specific depending on signal and carriers. The one that I get in my kits that work in central Canada are PN 82654, Antenna, SMA L1 GPS, TNC Cellular 806-960/1710-2170 MHz, 3m cable - Custom ROHS GRN, $50USD.

All in it should be $652.95USD for a second set of harness to power up your FM-750 and DCM-300 modem and connect the two together. Of course, depending on how your cables are run in your tractors you may or may not need all of them.
