Being a young guy in this industry, I want to supply my customers with knowledge about the products that I am selling.This could range from soil type performance to the optimum seeding rate for variety and hybrids. I feel basic agronomic knowledge would also be a plus. Overall I want to provide awesome customer service and solve any problems and find solutions for my customers. I'd like to have the basic knowledge of precision technology to write prescriptions for my products with the farmers input. Knowledge is power and should be used wisely to help everyone in a community, even if it is the competition.
