No, I believe the cfx 750 does not have an option for an external receiver in the 4.05 and past firmware. Like the 250, 500, fmx do. Only have used the option with ez-steers so can't comment on autopilots. I believe you can NOT use and external receiver with a 500 running an autopilot.
750 will not do a external receiver and you cannot run a 500 with autopilot with a external either.
