26 degrees now and 46% humidity. Was -3 this morning. Had about 2 inches of snow yesterday. Didn't know if that would be enough moisture to stabilize it or not.
That's not quite enough, unless it was extremely wet snow or sleet. Sometimes 0.25" of actual moisture is enough, but often it takes more like 0.5" to stop all volatilization.
