Nope, won't work - you need RTK corrections to "build up" the accuracy required to then be able to run on x-Fill for a while. CentrePoint RTX is a subscription that you have to pay for - if your 750 is RTK now, it is unlocked to use CentrePoint RTX as well, you just have to set it up in the GPS menus, and buy a subscription.
