Northeast ND | Ag Secretary Vilsack spoke at the Commodity Classic and said that the decision will likely not occur until sometime this fall. Myself, I am waiting for the USDA to get all of the administrative details worked out before I bother trying to decide which program will be the best choice for my farm. I am sure the universities will put out some good calculator by then as well.
