I'm sure this has been covered before but I will be setting up some variable rate seeding prescriptions tomorrow and I'm looking for some insight as to what guys are using for parameters. Do we base seeding rates on yield or soil type or both? What specific attribute in a soil type do you look at? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
