I do this all the time with Ez guide 500 guys, they do not need to be Rtk unlocked, because you are not using the internal GPS receiver. Port B is open so the Rtk radio will plug in and work just fine, the fmx will be plugged into port A for power and communication.
The picture shows the radio and 900 MHz antenna if you look close.
