You are a business and anything you use on your farm is for business. operation of a UAV to scout your fields is for business purposes. Any business selling these in the USA is knowingly helping you break a federal law and is also liable for any fines you receive. There are NO work a rounds to somehow make it legal. Anybody who tells you different has not read the law.
