Subject: RE: bright future for young farmers

Frytown, Iowa
Look on the bright side w'burg... We have 20 long years till we are the ripe age of 50-55. At that time we can be the ones heading to the bank getting loans for ground while coffee shop says we paid in cash... At 50-55 we still have 30 years to buy as much land as we want. And those are the years when we will be able to grow exponentially while the younger generation will be crying in their beer about "damn old BTOs"... Lots of time left. I'm not shooting for a 65yr retirement... I don't understand why anyone would work their lives away till 65 then stop buying land when that is the time in your life you are best positioned to buy... I see many 55 yr olds that look like they have always been big till you find out where they were 10 years ago... 20 years ago they were right where we are now
