What does DC do exactly? What I am looking into is an AL Insight to do section control for planter(CaseIH 955 with SLECTRO controls) and section control for a SP sprayer(Rogator). I have found a few widely varying ways to go about this. 1 Insight has dc boxes and no autoswath. 2 Insight has autoswath and no DC box but is running an liq app module and tapped into boom switches for section control. Which works best, and which is the best way to go for my situation? ? ? ?

Thanks.

If you want automatic control for point rows/waterways etc, you NEED AutoSwath. For the Insight to control the sections on the planter with the Selectro shutoffs, you would need a Clutch Control Module kit, some cabling and a switchbox kit. The switchbox kit is required to have the system operate in manual or automatic control.

In the Rogator, you will need the appropriate sprayer kit, plus an Auxiliary Input Module to tee into the factory boom switches.

And of course, a GPS source is required in both situations for mapping and automatic control.
