I'm starting my 29th year full time farming. I'm 10 years past my prime. Don't really like to say how old.

As soon as my kids are ready to take over, they can. I think they wonder if I'm trying to stick them with a lot of work, not offering them an opportunity.

I was going to add to my earlier post, that assumes you can afford to give up control. If you can't, and you've been farming 30 years, you probably need to give up control.
