I think you are correct. 20 years a I thought like this poster. Guess what, productivity increases in machinery and technology have allowed existing operations to expand beyond what would have been realistic at that time. 6 row to 12 tow to 36 row planters. Auto steer. Combines from 500 bph to 6000 bph in corn.
