What do you suppose the percentage is of them retirement age folk that got a 40 yrs old child that is waiting to take over the farm. Sometimes it just seems the older guys don't want to let go of the reins. There is more younger generation coming back to the farm in this area, I think some of them have been looking at profits last 6-8 yrs
