I'm working on 1 that was cut & wrapped on Nov, 10/2011 & that roast that I had tonight sure tasted good!!! I've found that after 3 years, steaks & roast will start to take on a freezer burn taste. Cooking a roast in a slow cooker & adding something to "spice it up" a little will make it edible at that point. The outfit that processes my beef puts the ground beef in plastic freezer bags & it keeps better than in freezer paper. |
