Something is not right with your system.  Have a different company come out and inspect.  You must not be getting the heat transferred, is there buildup of lime/algae/other crap in your system? always the concern in an open loop type setup.

Does the geo keep up OK?  Like others stated, do you have electric backup that is kicking on.  Maybe your geo is doing almost nothing and your electric backup is on 100%.
