just a tish NE of central ND | I cant answer you question as there are going to be variables. Somewhere some publications says beef keeps frozen longer than pork. But I don't think I would butcher anything until it gets used up from here on out.. I dislike old meat but it happens(stale). What you do with it is up to you, but I can pick fresh taste out from old meat. As we get older I don't think we can taste stale stuff as much though.Why chance eating old stale food?
My grandparents back in the day of my youth would fry up fish that were frozen in water and say how good the fish were and they tasted fresh.......... YUK......... they couldn't taste the difference. Us kids would pick and not eat it. But the fresh fish went over real well.
Same for beef and pork, they couldn't taste the difference.
I'm not so sure this chart is even close to accurate or realistic on some items though.
