I agree badger. I'm afraid I would have to go out of the area to get that kind of help. The other problem and the more frustrating part is I've already paid for it to be right when I bought the systems they're rtk autopilots. I've also paid for numerous "service calls" to make it work and to no avail. The easiest option would be to switch to Deere rtk as we have an excellent Deere dealer as well as the benefit of equipment compatibility.
