Sounds like you need someone that KNOWS his STUFF.  Start calling other CIH, or Trimble dealers to see if they have a Guidance Tech that KNOWS & Understands his stuff.

 Are you RTK?

 Worse case is get someone's  # from here that will take a couple hrs to "walk you through" the setup.  I would expect to pay a few "franklins " for that.  But I bet there is a couple out there that can do it.
