WC IN | Just take a tractor out somewhere that you can set an AB line (be sure to save the line where you can remember how to get back to it) and engage the line. Drive for a bit to make sure you're on the line. Stop and put a flag right under the hitch pin. Drive and mark a few more places for good measure. Come back in a day/week/month/year and see how far off you are from your flags. A good base should be dead on each time
