I am looking to monitor wheat protein as we cut. We usually collect a handful from each truck as we dump in the bin, then take the average same to get tested for protein. Last year we had a field that had low test weight, but it was a high protein level, but we had dumped into the bin and missed our opportunity to gain selling price.
I would really like to be able to also monitor test weight as we cut.
