Do you have adequate hydraulic flow? Do you leave the lower lever engaged a little too long on an older tractor? I doubt it but it's a thought. More than likely it's an uncalibrated radar. Just because it's hooked up doesn't mean it's functional. The 20/20 should be looking to radar for a bit then reverting to gps speed. Look at your old cal number if was calibrated then redo it. I bet it's off a bit but not too far. I hope that helps.
