How accurate would a EZ guide 500 and EZ steer with AG 15 Antenna be for planting in 30" rows and 4.5MPH on a flat field?

What would be a fair price for a 2007 model in good shape with all brackets and cables needed to make itwork?

I used ez steer for two years planting on waas and got along fine. If you harvest rows match the planted rows it is fine.
You will have to nudge some to be on the mark if you are picky but it will plant straight from one end to the other.
I would drop the marker for the last couple hundred feet before turning around and it helps you know where to turn and engage at.
Ez steers need to be close to the line before you engage to work well IMO.

What its worth is what it will bring, my guess on one that old would be around 3000 for the pair but thats just my guess.
Good luck
