Subject: Precision hydral. drives not getting up to pop soon enough

WC Iowa- mostly river bottom
Put on precision hydraulic drives last year. Did not notice it while planting but got a fieldview Ipad this winter and the pop maps show low pops( 1000-3000 low) a couple hundred feet from the end heading into the field. Looks to be about the area where I was speeding up the tractor after turning. Looks like once it gets going, it's right on the rest of the way thru the field. Is this a programing issue, a setup issue? I was dropping the planter well into the end rows and run clutches which seemed to work as expected except results showed the clutches were a little ( maybe 1 ft) late turning on and off, but that can probably be solved thru set up by shortening the hitch length entered. Have talked to my precision dealer and so far he has not come up with an answer.
