In looking for some mercenary trucking service, the rates just has to be high enough that they (truckers) don't worry about having to get a load going back to Manitoba or Saskatchewan. Probably 5.00 dollars per loaded mile and higher you will find all the equipment you need. However for a lot of US trucking companies having the drivers that can cross the border in to Canada is the challenge these days.
