Actually you do not need to add boundary there if they're frozen or set already. If you have the box checked on the Fields Setup tab in your image, you don't need to touch anything here for boundaries.
The only real time you'd need this one is if you had a certain boundary dataset in a certain year you wanted to send to SMS Mobile.
