I think the plan is to in for the extra 2 lanes, like they did for 80 through Iowa City. That makes much more sense to me. Sure would hate to try and move the snow off of 3 lanes when it all has to go right. I can almost see 380 becoming the "bypass" for 965 from CR through N Liberty down to Coralville.
