east central iowa | I heard a couple weeks ago on the news that they were talking about adding 2 more lanes to 380, that will make it nice for hawkeye football games! there have been some land sales just south of cedar rapids close to the interstate that I thought might go for a little more than what they did thinking someone might buy them for development. If it was a little closer for me to farm I'd think of speculating on something in that area. Then if I owned land in that area I would welcome development, and then roll the dollars and buy 3 or 4 times as much ground elsewhere. it is amazing how far out sw cedar rapids is getting these days. | |
