SC | Either way, the county govt's of the country will always want houses or most any developments over farmland. Local tax revenue trumps ag for now, and they are a hungry beast to feed.
How much water was wasted on this developed land just to grow a pretty lawn?
My opinion fwiw, is that there is more water wasted on residential and developed lands than will ever be used or wasted by farmers. | |
