I agree with fsdan, try a new vehicle configuration and also try the calibration with nothing else plugged in on CAN A...just the OT2+ ECU. And if anything is plugged in on CAN B unplug that too during calibration.
When was the last time you upgraded your Integra? The OT2+ ECU sometimes upgrades with the display upgrade so maybe the ECU upgrade didn't take.
