Another option is to create a new project by copying your original project, then delete all the unwanted grwoers and farms from the managment tree. Unless you need to reprocess the data for some reason. This saves you from resorting farms and fields, and getting your boundaries and naming all setup, assuming everything is set like you want in your original project.
