If you read the harvest data in as raw files originally, I'd use the File Viewer mentioned already. Sent it to your desktop or somewhere else, then open your other/new project and read files there to bring it back in.
If you read in shape files to get it originally, then batch export to get it all out in one shot. Then batch import w/ a template to get them all in.
