North East Kansas | I had already decided on purchasing SMS basic for our farming operation, although I probably won't pull the trigger until my trial period is almost over. I had a question about other functionalities. I have only worked with prescription maps for variable rate fertilizer and seeding. I wanted to make sure that SMS basic is just as functional as farmworks when it comes to plugging in soil samples. We will be grid sampling some fields soon, and I am hoping that we can plug our grid results into SMS. Can anyone verify that SMS will do what we want it to do? We would like to use these soil sample to variable rate some fertilizer, and just have as a reference to measure soil consistencies vs. yield. | |
