Bardstown,KY | Turns out that nothing is wrong with the tractor, I had the wires hooked up wrong. In my defense the directions are not the best about the wiring of the geosteer, unless I looked over and if so my bad Agleader lol. The directions only show the CAN tee on the display cable and say nothing about the CAN tee in the kit that says paradyme. I had the display cable tee'd into the tractor and should have had the tee with the 4 pin connector (labeled paradyme) hooked to the geosteer cable instead.
After getting that behind me I went on to calibrate the system and found that it couldn't be any easier and it seemed to to acquire the line nice and drive straight without any other tweaking. It engages just as soon as I touch the icon on the integra screen, I read on hear about a delay on these tractors so assume it must be just when using the remote engage , I will have the switch soon and will know then . Thanks for the help, maybe putting on here what fixed might help someone else sometime. | |
