I started it like you said and it made not difference , I'm thinking maybe I have a problem with the CAN on the tractor and I'm trying to get that verified now. When I shut down the tractor with the integra still powered up it has a popup on the screen saying lost CAN node, so you would want to think it is communicating somewhat but that's just a guess.
