If the Deere is ISO the Pro 700 can control it. Deere row clutches are not ISO compliant and cannot be controlled.

About the easiest solution I know to this issue is to control the planter with a Trimble FMX/FM1000 and install TruCount clutches.

Or control the planter with the Pro 700 and run AFS AccuControl for the clutches. This has the advantage of getting tractor functions in the display as well (assuming a red tractor). Planter retrofit components for section control will be the same either way.
