| If APEX won't open at all - it is most likely your anti-virus program causing the problem. Go to StellarSupport and re-download the latest version in the 'Downloads & Updates' page. There is a Wireless Data Transfer Applet in the background that your anti-virus may assume is a virus (or you may have clicked delete when it warned you about WDT) - re-installing will save your data and fix that issue.
The crash issue is only seen on large operations with extensive MyJohnDeere.com Organizations with many machines or linked to many MYJD Profiles. If that is the issue, deactivate service for the time being.
Finally - they have released agronomic tools on MyJohnDeere.com -> allowing you to see data, incorporated with Wireless Data Transfer, etc. - essentially allowing for an 'online' Apex in the near future | |
