Subject: La Nina...??

ENSO fell to -0.7 this past week.. are we falling back into La Nina..??

HRW Wheat in the plains is in TOUGH TOUGH TOUGH shape.. drove through about 40 minutes of 1/4 mile visibility on Sunday.. even pasture was blowing...
