Okay let's talk irrigation.. the largest irrigation state in the Country is California.. Cali will see acreage declines on water restrictions.. as will Texas, Colorado and Kansas.. the only major irrigation expansion is in Nebraska in the Sandhills..

Net net this year irrigated corn acreage will (would be close if Nebraska can offset the others..) probably be down.
