This might not be your problem, but it's the fmx.  I here new firmware coming soon.  I had maps made in farmworks, Pioneer fit studio, and sms.  All 3 dealers had to send my data to the company before it would display.  Very frustrating for my first year.  I'm just trying to find which one I would like best, but they all had the same trouble.
