looks like a great way to get a bench with lots of drawers. in time you will learn what goes in them and can find things. i like the magnetic labels. if you have a label maker, you can stick the lables to the magnetic advertising refrigerator magnets to make your own.
on some metal files cabinets i screwed a 1/2" piece of plywood to the bottom to keep the metal from having direct contact with the cement. the toe kick and back is a good idea too.
