All through college I heard from more than a few professors to avoid milk because they said no other mammal drinks milk after it's weaned except humans. I certainly think it's something to consider.
I think that's only because we have thumbs & figured out how to do it.
Put a bowl of milk, and a bowl of water in a hog pen & see what is empty first. Try if with dogs, cats, chickens, turkeys, ect & you will see the same results. Any omnivore for that matter will probably have the same results.
