Faunsdale, AL | Weather folks are really talking up the icing potential in Atlanta and north east into the Carolinas for Wednesday.

If you are considering travel into that area, better check the forcast. Anyone heading back north through that area for the next few days might want to consider a "scenic" detour west on I-10 and come up through Birmingham. The worst of this is supposed to be limited to Northeast and eastern Alabama. Would not be fun to travel into a wide area with no power for service stations or motels and icing conditions. | |
