I have a 8222. Never used mine for milo and beans, only corn. Great planter. Went from a 7200 deere vac years ago. Never go back. The blower does just that.....low pressures needed for seed singulation. Don't be afraid of the pto pump....simple, easy to use. Does take two trips out of the planter entering and leaving field. idiotproof rig. I use unit mounted coulters for nt.
